Victoria Campos was born in Peru. Married and Mother of FOUR children. Graduated from Seaford High School in 1991, received her Bachelors in Economics from Hofstra University in 1995 and her Juris Doctor from Touro Law in 1999. Thereafter, she was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2000.
While in Law School, she was awarded the Summer Fellowship Program Award for her commitment in helping non for profit organizations. Interned with Central American Refugee Center and SEPA Mujer (helping victims of domestic violence obtain legal immigration status).
She opened the Law Office of Victoria Campos, PC right after her admission to the NY Bar in 2000. She has now 4 locations in Long Island. Her main location is in Huntington Station and has 3 other locations in Long Island, in Bay Shore, Hempstead and Riverhead. Her main area of practice is Immigration, while also representing clients with Criminal, Traffic and Family law.
She is a parishioner of St. Hugh of Lincoln and offers free legal advise on a regular basis also to St. Luke’s RC Church in Brentwood, NY.
She received a Community Service Proclamation award from The Suffolk County Executive office in 2006 for her significant contribution to our community. She has served as the Vice-President of the LI Hispanic Bar Association (2006-2008), In June 2008 she was awarded The Make Mine a Million Dollar Business for Women Enterpreneurs, sponsored by Count Me In and American Express, and is the Co-Chair of the Huntington Hispanic Task Force (2008-2009). She belongs to the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Huntington Bar, Suffolk County Bar, New York State Bar and Long Island Hispanic Bar Associations, LI Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and LI Peruvian –American Chamber of Commerce.
She has been determined to achieve her American Dream and Goals with this in mind: “If you are good to others, more good will come your way”.
